SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Multistage filter device (MMF)
Water from the raw water tank is pumped through a multi-stage filter to remove suspended sediments in the water ≥ 20µm in size. Filter consists of 3 layers of filter material: support gravel, white sand, anthraxit coal.
Activated carbon filter unit (ACF)
The filtered water will pass through activated carbon filter to disrupt the structure of sodium hypochlorite and remove color, deodorize, adsorb organic substances in water.
Micro Filter
The water after going through the activated carbon filter will continue to enter the microfiltration device to remove suspended solids ≥ 10µm to further reduce the turbidity of the water and protect the RO membrane behind jam.
Reverse osmosis device (RO)
This is the device that plays the most important role in determining the quality of the finished water. Water is pushed into the RO filtration system by RO high pressure pump and treated through RO membranes. RO membrane is capable of removing up to 99.85% NaCl in water and treating up to 90% of bacteria; 95-99% of metal ions in water make water of high purity.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
